PHR Construction has been building across Richmond County and Port Hawkesbury for over 30 years, on turn-key homes, indoor and outdoor renovation, and ICF foundations, by the company's own count. New home construction and commercial builds are also part of the work, alongside that.

That is not one specialty repeated. It is three decades of different jobs, from poured foundations on rock and waterfront lots to finished homes ready to move into.

One recent build, a move-in-ready home with a water view, was listed for sale through RE/MAX Park Place. The plumbing and heating went to Landry Brothers Home Hardware, the electrical to V&L Electric, and the excavation to Richmond Sand and Gravel.

Named on PHR Construction's own Facebook page, because the job took a full crew of trades, not one.
